摘 要:以三乙烯二胺为原料,通过两步法合成了五种不同阴离子结构的双核酸性离子液体,采用FTIR,1HNMR,UV-vis等手段对离子液体的结构和性质进行了表征;将三乙烯二胺类离子液体应用于油品脱氮,考察了剂水质量比、萃取温度、萃取时间、静置时间、剂油质量比对脱除非碱性氮化合物吲哚的影响,并研究了离子液体的回用性能。实验结果表明,在剂油质量比1∶10、剂水质量比1∶0、萃取温度40℃、萃取时间1.0h、静置时间20min条件下,三乙烯二胺类双核硫酸离子液体对吲哚的脱除率可达74.0%;离子液体重复使用五次,脱除率未发生明显下降。三乙烯二胺价格低廉,且该离子液体合成工艺简单,因此具有良好的应用前景。Using triethylenediamine as raw material,five kinds of dinucleic acid ionic liquids(ILs)with different anionic structures were synthesized by a two-step method.The structure and properties of the IL were characterized by FTIR,1H NMR,UV-vis and other techniques.Triethylenediamine ILs were further applied to the denitrification of oil products.Several variables such as ILs/H2O mass ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,standing time and ILs/oil mass ratio on the removal of non-basic nitrogen compound indole were studied.The recycling performance of IL was also discussed.The experimental results indicate that the removal efficiency of indole by[DABCO-PS]HSO4 is up to 74.0%when the reaction conditions of ILs/oil mass ratio is 1∶10,ILs/H2O mass ratio is 1∶0,extraction temperature is 40℃,extraction time is 1.0 h and standing time is 20 min.The removal efficiency has no significant decrease after the recycling of IL for 5 times.The method described hereby has the advantages of cheap raw material,simple synthesis process and good potential for industrial application.
