摘  要:建立了一种通过FTIR测定含氰废气中氮氧化物的方法,采用经典最小二乘法建立了含氰废气中氮氧化物的定量分析模型,优化了方法的分析条件,考察了方法的精密度与准确度,并对实际试样进行了分析。实验结果表明,在扫描范围650~4000cm^(-1)、分辨率0.5cm^(-1)、扫描次数64次、扫描时间为1min条件下,各组分的相关系数接近1,均方差和预测均方差数值接近,模型的拟合度、稳健性良好。各组分的相对标准偏差均小于3%,准确度在91%~101%之间,方法的准确度和精密度良好,可用于含氰废气中氮氧化物的测定。A method of measuring the nitrogen oxides in cyano group-containing exhaust gas was developed by FTIR.The classical least squares analytical method was used to establish the quantitative model for each nitrogen oxide component.The analysis conditions were optimized,and the precision and accuracy of the method were investigated.According to the model,some cyano group-containing exhaust gas samples were analyzed.And the experimental results show that under the conditions of the scanning range 650-4000 cm^(-1),the resolution 0.5 cm^(-1),scanning cycles 64 and scanning time 1 min,the correlation coefficients between each component were close to 1,and the calibrated root mean square error were very close to the predicted root mean square error.Also,the relative standard deviations of each component were less than 3%and the accuracy were among 91%-101%.Therefore,high values of fitting degree,precision and accuracy proved that this method is qualified to determine the nitrogen oxides in cyano group-containing exhaust gas.
