摘 要:催化裂化柴油具有芳烃含量高、十六烷值低的特点,性质较差,且需求持续低迷,压减催化裂化柴油成为炼油工艺的发展方向。中国石化北京燕山分公司2.0Mt/a重油催化裂化装置采用回炼催化裂化柴油的工艺生产高辛烷值汽油组分,通过设计催化裂化柴油回炼流程和催化裂化工艺参数,实现最大化生产高辛烷值汽油,解决了催化裂化柴油过剩问题。该技术应用后,装置的汽油收率由41.05%(w)提高至44.10%(w),汽油的研究法辛烷值由89.6提高至90.8,柴油收率由21.50%(w)降至17.90%(w)。Catalytic cracking diesel has high aromatic content,low cetane number and poor properties.As diesel demand continues to be low,the reduction of catalytic cracking diesel becomes the major concern for oil refineries.The process of producing high octane number gasoline components with recycle catalytic cracking diesel was applied in 2.0 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Company.By designing catalytic cracking diesel conversion process and unit process parameters,high octane number gasoline was produced to the maximum,and the surplus of catalytic cracking diesel was solved.To use this technology,the gasoline yield is increased from 41.05%(w)to 44.10%(w),the research octane number is increased from 89.6 to 90.8,the yield of diesel oil is decreased from 21.50%(w)to 17.90%(w).
