摘　　要：依据文献研究和专家访谈,设计了医联体可持续发展评价指标咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法,通过两轮专家咨询对评价指标进行筛选,并运用模糊综合评价法确定各指标的权重,最终构建了包括5个一级指标、14个二级指标和38个三级指标的医联体可持续发展评价指标体系。Based on literature research and expert interviews,it designs a consultation questionnaire on evaluation index of sustainable development of medical alliance.Using Delphi method to screen the evaluation indexes through two rounds of expert consultation,and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight of each index.Finally,the evaluation index system of medical alliance sustainable development is constructed,which includes 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators.
