摘　　要：目的:测算深圳市糖尿病疾病经济负担,为糖尿病防控及慢性病管理提供参考。方法:利用深圳市2018年卫生总费用核算数据和《深圳市第六次国家卫生服务调查报告(2018年)》,采用二部模型法和人力资本法测算糖尿病疾病经济负担。结果:2018年深圳市糖尿病直接经济负担16.13亿元,间接经济负担3.86亿元,合计19.99亿元。结论:作为年轻城市,深圳市糖尿病疾病经济负担较轻,但中青年群体糖尿病患者较多,未来疾病经济负担将会加重,应未雨绸缪,加强对中青年群体的糖尿病防控及慢性病管理,防范疾病发生。Objective To calculate the economic burden of diabetes in Shenzhen,and provide reference for diabetes prevention and control,and chronic diseases management.Methods Using the total health expenditure accounting data of Shenzhen in 2018 and the sixth National Health Service Survey report of Shenzhen(2018)to measure the economic burden of diabetes.Results In 2018,the direct economic burden of diabetes in Shenzhen is 1613 billion RMB,and the indirect economic burden is 386 million RMB,totaling 1999 billion RMB.Conclusion As a young city,the economic burden of diabetes in Shenzhen is relatively light,but there are more diabetes patients in the young and middle-aged groups,and the disease economic burden will increase in the future.We should make plans in advance to strengthen the diabetes prevention and control,and the chronic diseases management among the young and middle-aged groups,then prevent the occurrence of diseases.
