摘  要:疏果和套袋是果树生产中提高果实品质常用的农艺措施,蓝莓疏果和套袋技术研究目前未见报道。为探究疏果与套袋对蓝莓果实生长及品质是否有促进作用,以南方广泛推广的南高丛品种密斯提为试验材料,比较了不同程度疏果及是否套袋对蓝莓果实品质的影响。结果表明,疏果处理显著提高了果实的单果重、硬度、纵径、横径,同时提升了果实的内在品质。疏果率为40%时,果实可溶性固形物含量和花青素含量最高;疏果率为60%时,果实糖酸比和Vc含量最高。套袋处理对果实单果重、果实纵径、横径无显著影响,但显著降低了果实硬度。套袋后,果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性总糖含量、糖酸比显著提高,可滴定酸含量和Vc含量降低,但果袋高温导致日灼果和烫伤果等问题。综合考虑蓝莓果实品质评价指标,以40%疏果率和不套袋最为理想。Fruit thinning and bagging are common agronomic measures to improve fruit quality in fruit production,but there is no report on blueberry fruit thinning and bagging technology.In order to explore whether fruit thinning and bagging can promote the growth and quality of blueberry fruit,Misty,a variety widely promoted in south China,was used as the test material to compare the effects of different degrees of fruit thinning and bagging on the quality of blueberries.The results showed that the fruit thinning treatment significantly increased the fruit weight,firmness,longitudinal diameter,and transverse diameter of the fruit,and at the same time promoted the internal quality of the fruit.When the fruit thinning rate was 40%,the soluble solid content and anthocyanin content of the fruit were the highest;when the fruit thinning rate was 60%,the fruit sugar-acid ratio and V C content were the highest.Bagging treatment had no significant effect on fruit weight,fruit longitudinal and transverse diameters,but significantly decreased fruit firmness.After bagging,the fruit internal qualities,such as the soluble solid content,total soluble sugar content,and sugar-acid ratio of the fruit were significantly increased,and the titratable acid content and V C content were decreased.However,the high temperature of the fruit bag caused problems such as sunburn and scalded fruit.Synthetically considered the evaluation index of blueberry fruit quality,40%thinning rate and no bagging were the best.
