摘 要:基于海洋功能区划,根据《资源环境承载能力监测预警技术方法(试行)》中海域开发利用效应指数、海域开发利用标准及海域开发承载力指数计算方法,结合国家海域使用动态监视监测管理系统中的海域使用确权数据,将防城河口湾分为6个评价单元,对每个单元及总体区域开展海域开发承载力评价。结果表明,在防城河口湾海域6个评价单元中,位于西湾南部的评价单元Ⅴ海域开发承载力指数在1.75以上,属承载力超载;评价单元Ⅰ、评价单元Ⅲ、评价单元Ⅳ和评价单元Ⅵ海域开发承载力指数为1.39~1.48,属承载力可载;而评价单元Ⅱ海域开发承载力指数最小,为0.99,属承载力可载;防城河口湾总体评价单元开发承载力指数为1.47,属承载力可载。Based on the marine functional zoning,according to the Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity Monitoring and Early Warning Technical Methods(Trial)in the sea area development and utilization effect index,sea area development and utilization standards and sea area development carrying capacity index calculation method,combined with the national sea area use dynamic monitoring and monitoring management system,Fangchenghe Estuary Bay was divided into six evaluation units,and the sea area development carrying capacity evaluation was carried out for each unit and the overall area.The results showed that among the 6 evaluation units in the sea area of Fangchenghe Estuary,the development bearing capacity index of the area V in the southern part of the Xiwan Bay was above 1.75,which was overloaded.The development bearing capacity index of the areaⅠ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅥwas 1.39-1.48,which belongs to the carrying capacity.The development bearing capacity index of areaⅡwas 0.99,which belongs to the carrying capacity.The overall regional development carrying capacity index of Fangchenghe Estuary was 1.47,which belongs to the carrying capacity.
