摘 要:模拟西北农村微污染水源作为处理对象,对比不同载体的挂膜效果,研究优选载体生物膜法降解高锰酸盐指数(COD Mn)及氨氮的影响因素。结果表明,聚氨酯轻质悬浮载体明显优于其他4种载体,启动挂膜快,处理效果好,聚氨酯轻质悬浮载体在DO=1~3 mg/L、pH=8~9、填充率为20%,采用间歇式的运行方式,COD_(Mn)的去除率可达88%,出水COD_(Mn)在2 mg/L左右,氨氮的去除率约84%,出水氨氮浓度达0.1 mg/L,均满足饮用水源水的Ⅱ类水质标准。The micro-polluted water in northwest rural area were simulated,the film hanging effects of different carriers were compared.The factors affecting the degradation of COD_(Mn) and ammonia nitrogen by biofilm were studied.The results showed that the lightweight suspension carrier of polyurethane was obviously superior to the other four carriers.Polyurethane light suspended carrier in DO=1-3 mg/L,pH=8-9,filling rate was 20%,the intermittent operation mode,the removal rate of COD_(Mn) could reach 88%,COD_(Mn) about 2 mg/L in effluent,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was about 84%,up to 0.1 mg/L,met the drinking water source waterⅡwater quality standards.
