摘　　要：[目的]探究不同来源的硒对小鼠淋巴结中离子谱的影响,进而探讨硒调节淋巴结免疫可能的作用途径。[方法]选择40只BALB/c小鼠,随机分为对照组、亚硒酸钠组、酵母硒组、海藻硒组4组,各组饲料中硒含量分别为0.03、0.23、0.23、0.23 mg/kg。试验第60天无菌采集各组小鼠淋巴结,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测各组小鼠淋巴结中各元素水平。[结果]与对照组相比,亚硒酸钠、酵母硒、海藻硒都能不同程度影响小鼠淋巴结中常量元素、必需微量元素、有毒微量元素的含量,其中酵母硒和海藻硒在降低有毒微量元素沉积方面效果显著优于亚硒酸钠。[结论]有机硒在调节小鼠淋巴结中离子谱方面有着更好的效果。[Objective]To investigate the effects of selenium(Se)from different sources on ion profiles in lymph nodes of mice,and further explore the possible pathways of regulating lymph node immunity by selenium.[Method]Forty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group,sodium selenite group,yeast selenium group and seaweed selenium group.Se content in the above four groups were 0.03,0.23,0.23 and 0.23 mg/kg,respectively.On the 60 th day of the experiment,the lymph nodes of mice in each group were aseptically collected,and the elemental levels in lymph nodes of mice in each group were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Result]Compared with control group,sodium selenite,yeast selenium and seaweed selenium could affect the content of macroelements,essential microelements and toxic microelements in mice lymph nodes.The effects of yeast selenium and seaweed selenium were better than that of sodium selenite in reducing the deposition of toxic microelements.[Conclusion]Yeast selenium had the better effects in regulating ion profiles on mice lymph nodes.
