塔里木河中下游胡杨抗旱机理研究

摘  要:以塔里木河中下游各监测断面胡杨为研究对象,对不同地下水位状况下胡杨体内叶绿素、脯氨酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶等生理指标进行了测定,探讨了干旱胁迫下胡杨生理响应机理。研究表明,塔里木河中下游胡杨各项生理指标与地下水位均呈显著相关,其中与脯氨酸、MDA含量、SOD活性呈正相关,与叶绿素和POD活性呈负相关,并且在干旱胁迫下,胡杨通过调节自身各项生理功能来抵御干旱胁迫;同时,胡杨生长已受到不同程度的干旱胁迫,其生长胁迫时地下水位为5.00 m左右,严重胁迫时地下水位为8.00 m左右。The physiological indexes such as chlorophyll,proline,malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase and peroxidase were measured in Populus euphratica at different underground water levels,the physiological response mechanism of P.euphratica under drought stress was discussed.The results showed that the physiological indexes of P.euphratica in the middle and lower reaches of Tarim River were significantly correlated with the underground water level,among which there was a positive correlation with proline,MDA content and SOD activity,and a negative correlation with chlorophyll and POD activity.In addition,under drought stress,P.euphratica could resist drought stress by adjusting its physiological functions.At the same time,the growth of P.euphratica has been subjected to drought stress to varying degrees,and the groundwater level under growth stress is about 5.00 m,and the groundwater level under severe stress is about 8.00 m.
