摘 要:基于纳米分散技术,研制出丙硫菌唑纳米水性化制剂并开展了小麦赤霉病田间药效试验。结果表明,8%丙硫菌唑ME的防效达89.79%,显著优于对照药剂80%多菌灵WP的73.44%和70%甲基硫菌灵WP的74.29%;12%丙硫·戊唑醇ME防效达89.23%,优于对照药剂20%氰烯·戊唑醇SC的83.01%和40%丙硫·戊唑醇SC的81.94%,显著优于对照药剂30%吡唑·戊唑醇SC的76.91%和40%咪鲜胺·戊唑醇的66.99%;均为纳米水性化制剂时,12%丙硫·戊唑醇ME防效达94.54%,仍显著优于12%肟菌酯·戊唑醇ME的85.63%和12%咪鲜胺·戊唑醇ME的82.80%。由此可知,丙硫菌唑纳米水性化制剂对小麦赤霉病的防效均相对最佳,可作为植保无人机药剂在小麦赤霉病防治上推广应用。Based on nano-technology,nano-pesticides of prothioconazole were developed and the field efficacy test on wheat scab were carried out.The results showed that the control effect of 8%prothioconazole ME reached 89.79%,which was significantly better than 80%carbendazim WP(73.44%)and 70%thiophanate-methyl WP(74.29%);12%prothioconazole-tebuconazole researched 89.23%,which was better than 83.01%of 20%cyanenide-tebuconazole SC and 81.94%of 40%prothioconazole-tebuconazole SC,significantly better than 76.91%of 30%pyraclostrobin-tebuconazole and 66.99%of 40%prochloraz-tebuconazole.When all pesticides were nano-formulations,the control effect of 12%prothioconazole-tebuconazole ME was 94.54%,still significantly better than 85.63%of 12%trifloxystrobin-tebuconazole ME and 82.80%of 12%prochloraz-tebuconazole ME.Above all,the nano-pesticide of prothioconazole had relatively the best control effects on wheat scab in this study,and could be used to control this disease effectively in epidemic years.
