摘 要:为研究基于原烟在线光谱模型的打叶复烤均质化加工效果,选用大模块选后烟叶为试验原料,构建在线光谱模型,校正在线烟碱模型,将原料分别进行基于在线光谱模型和烟碱模型控制下的均质化加工,分析烟叶化学成分和感官评分的变化。结果表明:2种控制方式下,成品烟碱变异系数无显著差异;总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾、氯5个成品化学成分指标中,基于在线光谱模型控制下变异系数分别为2.68%、2.73%、1.36%、5.85%和9.43%,远低于基于在线烟碱模型控制下的4.91%、4.91%、4.56%、8.91%和14.29%。评吸结果表明基于在线光谱模型控制下的感官效果更佳。因此,基于在线光谱模型的打叶复烤均质化加工可以有效提高成品片烟整体均匀性,提升成品片烟的内在品质。In order to study the homogenization effect of threshing and redrying based on the on-line spectral model of tobacco,the on-line spectral model was constructed and nicotine calibration model was calibrated with tobacco leaves selected by large modules as experimental raw materials.The raw materials were homogenized under the control of on-line spectral model and nicotine model,respectively.The chemical composition and sensory changes of tobacco leaves were analyzed.The results showed that the variation coefficients of nicotine under the two control modes had no significant difference.Among the five chemical components of finished products,the variation coefficients under the control of online spectral model were 2.68%,2.73%,1.36%,5.85%and 9.43%respectively,which were much lower than those under the control of online nicotine model(4.91%,4.91%,4.56%,8.91%and 14.29%,respectively).The smoking results showed that the sensory effect based on online spectral model was better.Therefore,threshing and redrying homogenization processing based on on-line spectral model could effectively improve the overall uniformity of finished tobacco and improve the internal quality of finished tobacco.
