摘　　要：2020年是我国脱贫攻坚的决战之年,要彻底的解决贫困问题,那么确保扶贫成果就非常重要。巩固扶贫成果的关键在于贫困人员就业能力的不断提升,绝大部分的贫困户脱贫依靠稳定的就业,通过对贫困户致贫原因画像、身体情况测试和职业技能潜力测试,获得贫困人员就业能力提升的基础数据,并根据基础数据构建贫困人员就业能力提升的精准方案,尝试构建标准化的贫困人员就业能力提升模式。2020 is the decisive year of poverty alleviation in China.To solve the problem of poverty thoroughly,it is very important to ensure the results of poverty alleviation.The key to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation lies in the continuous improvement of the employment ability of the poor.Most of the poor households rely on stable employment to get rid of poverty.This paper obtains the basic data of the improvement of the employment ability of the poor people through the poverty cause portrait,physical condition test and vocational skill potential test,and constructs the accurate scheme of the improvement of the employment ability of the poor people according to the basic data and tries to build a standardized model to improve the employment ability of the poor.
