摘  要:工程咨询是提升投资决策水平、保证工程质量,推动农业现代化进程的重要手段和内在要求。以科技支撑工程咨询业发展的省级农业科研单位——江苏省农业科学院为研究对象,分析了全产业链服务“三农”发展、加快农业科技成果转化应用的工程咨询优势,剖析了咨询体系不健全、专业化团队建设不到位等现实问题。立足事实基础,强化调研和沟通,提出了创新咨询模式,拓展咨询范围,多方协作、质量控制的发展战略,推进农业科研单位工程咨询业的规范化、科学性发展的同时,提高在工程咨询领域的话语权,为科技支撑区域“三农”发展作出更大贡献。Engineering consultation is an important means and internal requirement for improving investment decision-making level,ensuring project quality and promoting agricultural modernization.Provincial agricultural scientific research institutions are the powerful support for agricultural engineering consultation.Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object,this paper analyzes the engineering consulting advantages of the whole industry chain serving the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and accelerating the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and analyzes the practical problems such as the imperfect consulting system and the inadequate construction of professional teams.Strengthen investigation based on facts,this paper puts forward the development strategy of innovating consulting mode,expanding consulting scope,multi-party cooperation and quality control.We can promote the standardized and scientific development of engineering consulting industry in agricultural research institutions,and make greater contributions to the development of science and technology supporting regional“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.
