基于谱系学视野的历史风貌街区改造 以南昌绿地象南中心井象文化旅游街区为例

摘　　要：历史街区和"过往"的空间策略纠缠在一起,既不是宏大的历史连续,也不是观念的历史叙事,而是过往的历史中各种空间事件的涌现。南昌绿地象南中心井象文化旅游街区项目位于老城区中心地带,借助谱系学的视野考察了历史街区的过往和空间事件。作为曾经的城市中心场所的小校场,经历了快速的消失、街区的迅速占领和近百年的空间不断细分,呈现出小街区、密路网的空间格局,同时陷入了渴望改变又惧怕新事物的囚徒困境。街区改造项目如何消解历史传达的语义负担,如何承接现代生活的功能必要性,又如何调动职能和市政等部门,对此,C地块街区改造实践不只是从视觉上回应了历史街区的尺度,而是重新纳入新的城市空间,加入新的城市地块重构,扮演了重塑城市中心场所的重要角色。Historic neighborhoods are entangled with spatial strategies of the "past".It is neither a grand historical continuum nor a historical narrative of concepts,but the emergence of va rious spatial events in the past.The historic district regeneration project of Nanchang Greenland Xiangnan Center Jingxiang Cultural Tourism Block Regeneration is located in the center of the old city.With a genealogical view,it examines the past and spatial events of the historic district.As a former city center,the small school field has experienced rapid disappearance,rapid occupation of neighborhoods,and continuous subdivision of space for nearly a hundred years,presenting a spatial pattern of small neighborhoods and dense road networks while falling into a prisoner’s dilemma with the desire for change and fear of new things.How does the regeneration of the block eliminate the semantic burden of the heritage,how to undertake the functional necessity of modern life,and how to mobilize the municipal agents and departments?In this regard,the regeneration of the block is not only a visual response to the scale of the historic block,but rather a re-incorporation into the new urban space and reconstruction by adding new urban plots,which plays an important role in reshaping the city center.
