多皮饮联合玉屏风散加减治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性与安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨多皮饮联合玉屏风散加减治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效性与安全性。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月于我院医治的86例慢性荨麻疹患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采取多皮饮联合玉屏风散加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的UAS评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的瘙痒、烦躁、风团消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多皮饮联合玉屏风散加减能够有效减轻慢性荨麻疹患者的荨麻疹症状,治疗效果显著,安全保障较高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of modified Duopi drink combined with Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Duopi drink combined with Yupingfeng powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the UAS scores in both groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pruritus,irritability and wheal in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Duopi drink and Yupingfeng powder can effectively relieve urticaria symptoms in patients with chronic urticaria,with significant therapeutic effect and higher safety guarantee,which is worthy of promotion.
