常规西药联合益气活血通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨常规西药联合益气活血通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法将2018年7月至2019年8月本院收治的88例冠心病心绞痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气活血通脉汤治疗。比较两组心绞痛控制效果、血液流变学指标变化情况、心电图改善效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度、纤维蛋白原水平、血浆比黏度及红细胞压积均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心电图改善总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规西药联合益气活血通脉汤治疗冠心病心绞痛,可有效改善患者心绞痛症状和血液流变学指标,提高心电图改善效果,且药物不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of routine western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Eighty-eight patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The control effect of angina pectoris,the changes of hemorheology indexes,the improvement effect of electrocardiogram and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of angina attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the low shear whole blood viscosity,high shear whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen level,plasma specific viscosity and hematocrit in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine western medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai decoction in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,hemorheology indexes and the electrocardiogram improvement effect,and has less adverse drug reactions.
