摘 要:目的观察专病一体化饮食护理对肾病血液透析患者营养状态、生活质量的影响。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年12月接受血液透析治疗的100例肾病患者按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各50例。在常规护理基础上,对照组给予饮食护理,观察组给予专病一体化饮食护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的BMI、MAC、TSF、ALB、PALB、Hb水平及MIS、PG-SGA、PHQ-9、GAD-7、SF-36评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专病一体化饮食护理可显著改善肾病血液透析患者的营养状况,增加脂肪、肌肉及蛋白质含量,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effects of integrated diet nursing for specific diseases on nutritional status and quality of life of hemodialysis patients with nephropathy.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with nephropathy received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the control group was given diet nursing,and the observation group was given integrated diet nursing for specific diseases.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the BMI,MAC,TSF,levels of ALB,PALB,Hb and scores of MIS,PG-SGA,PHQ-9,GAD-7,SF-36 of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated diet nursing for specific diseases can significantly improve the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients with nephropathy,increase the content of fat,muscle and protein,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
