小茴香不同溶剂提取物止血作用的初步实验研究

摘　　要：目的探究小茴香不同溶剂提取物对小鼠的止血作用。方法将小鼠随机分为11组(对照组、云南白药组,乙醇提取物低、中、高剂量组,乙酸乙酯提取物低、中、高剂量组,正丁醇提取物低、中、高剂量组),每组7只。给药组以小茴香提取物低剂量(2.5 g·kg^(-1))、中剂量(3.25 g·kg^(-1))、高剂量(5.0 g·kg^(-1))灌胃,应用毛细管法、剪尾法测定小鼠的凝血时间(CT)、止血时间(BT)。结果乙醇提取物中、高剂量组与乙酸乙酯提取物中、高剂量组的CT和BT明显短于对照组(P<0.05),与云南白药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乙醇提取物高剂量组CT和BT明显短于乙醇提取物中剂量组,乙酸乙酯中剂量组CT和BT明显短于乙酸乙酯高剂量组(P<0.05)。正丁醇低、中、高剂量组CT和BT与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小茴香乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取物中、高剂量组有一定的止血作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the hemostatic effect of different extracts of fennel in mice.METHODS The mice were randomly divided into 11 groups(control group;Yunnan Baiyao group;low,middle and high dose group of ethanol extract;low,middle and high dose group of ethyl acetate extract;low,middle and high dose group of n-butanol extract),7 in each group.The administration group was given low dose(2.5 g·kg^(-1)),medium dose(3.25 g·kg^(-1))and high dose(5.0 g·kg^(-1))of dill extract.The clotting time(CT)and hemostasis time(BT)of mice were measured by capillary method and tail cutting method.RESULTS The CT and BT of ethanol extract in the medium and high-dose groups and the ethyl acetate extract in the medium and high-dose groups were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the Yunnan Baiyao group(P>0.05).The CT and BT in high dose group of ethanol extract were shorter than those in middle dose group of ethanol extract,while CT and BT in middle dose group of ethyl acetate extract were shorter than those in high dose group of ethyl acetate extract(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CT and BT between the low,middle and high dose group and the control group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of fennel have hemostatic effects in moderate and high dose groups.
