氯强油对小鼠渗出性皮肤病实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氯强油对小鼠渗出性皮肤病的药理作用,为临床合理、安全用药提供依据。方法建立实验小鼠低、中、高剂量组、模型组、基质组、空白组,用DNCB丙酮溶液诱发小鼠渗出性皮肤病模型,以耳肿胀度、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、皮损厚度为指标观察氯强油对变态反应的影响;用4-AP诱发小鼠局部瘙痒模型,以舔体反应次数为指标观察氯强油对瘙痒反应的影响;以皮肤剥脱、渗出、出血、结痂、红斑为内容观察氯强油对小鼠皮损的改善效果。结果氯强油给药7天后中、高剂量组小鼠表皮剥脱、渗出、出血现象基本消失,结痂减少、红斑变浅;氯强油中、高剂量组对小鼠胸腺指数、脾脏指数、皮损厚度的改善效果与模型组比较P<0.05,氯强油中、高剂量组小鼠舔体次数分别为24.4次/10 min、21.1次/10 min,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论氯强油局部外用具有良好的抗变态反应、止痒和收敛作用,效果具有量效关系,该制剂适用于渗出性皮肤病的外用治疗。OBJECTIVE To provide evidence for clinical rational administration and drug safety by investigating the pharmacological effects of LvQiangYou on exudative dermatosis in mice.METHODS The mice model of exudative dermatosis induced by 2,4-dinithochor-benzere(DNCB)was established,and mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:low-dosage group,middle-dosage group,high-dosage group,model group,the matrix control group and control group.Auricular swelling,lesion thickness of skin,the spleen and thymus indexes were observed.The mice model of local skin pruritus induced by 4-aminopyridine,and the number of licking responses was observed,and skin peeling,exudation,bleeding,escharosis and erythema were regarded as factors for evaluating the effective of LvQiangYou in the treatment of skin lesion.RESULTS After treatment for 7 days,recognizable exfoliation,seepage and hemorrhage in middle-dosage group and high-dosage group were not observed,with a decrease in the number of escharosis and erythema becomes light in color.The improvement in lesion thickness of skin,spleen and thymus index in middle-dosage group and high-dosage group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of licking responses from middle-dosage group and high-dosage group were 24.4 times per 10 min and 21.1 times per 10 min respectively,which were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Local application of Lvqiangyou showed an effective in the treatment of anti-allergic effect,antipruritic effect and astringent action,and there was a good relationship between the dose and its effect.We believe that Lvqiangyou was applicable to the topical treatment of exudative dermatosis.
