摘　　要：中药女贞子是补益药中一味十分重要的中药饮片。近年来,国内外大量学者对女贞子展开了各类研究,那么了解其当前的研究进展是十分必要的。基于大量文献报道,本文从女贞子的化学成分及药理作用进行了综述。另外,女贞子中化学成分含量最多的齐墩果酸,药理作用较显著,是广谱抗生素,可在今后的抗多重耐药细菌中作进一步研究。研究结论以期为女贞子的资源开发及临床应用提供研究思路,为后期的相关研究提供参考。Ligustrum lucidum is a very important Chinese herbal decoction in tonic medicine.In recent years,a large number of scholars at home and abroad have carried out various studies on Ligustrum lucidum,so it is necessary to understand their current research progress.Based on a large number of literature reports,this article reviewed the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Ligustrum lucidum.In addition,oleanolic acid,which has the most chemical components in Ligustrum lucidum,has a significant pharmacological effect and is a broad-spectrum antibiotic,which can be further studied in the future against multi-resistant bacteria.The conclusion of the study is to provide research ideas for the resource development and clinical application of Ligustrum lucidum,and to provide reference for later related research.
