调节黏膜修复的昆虫类药物的研究现状与思考

摘　　要：目的综述了调节黏膜修复的几种昆虫类药物活性成分、药理作用及临床应用方面的研究进展,并对其研究现状及存在问题进行思考和展望。方法通过系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Pubmed/Medline、Cochrane Library、Web ofScience、Cochrane、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)等,搜索阅读国内外相关文献并整理汇总。检索时限为建库至2020年4月。结果昆虫类调节黏膜修复药物的研究仅美洲大蠊提取物康复新液的研究比较深入,临床运用良好且药理作用机制明确,其余药物研究少而且不够深入。结论用于黏膜修复的昆虫药临床疗效好安全性高,进一步挖掘其他药用昆虫的价值,使药用昆虫成为调节黏膜修复未来具有活力和潜力的药物资源。OBJECTIVE In this paper,the research progress of several insect drug active components,pharmacological effects and clinical applications in regulating mucosal repair was reviewed,and the current research status and existing problems were considered and prospected.METHODS Through the systematic search of China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Pubmed/Medline,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Cochrane,Wanfang Database,Weipu Database,China Biomedical Database(CBM),etc.,search and read relevant literature at home and abroad and organize Summary.The time limit for the search was to build the database until April 2020.RESULTS The research on insect regulatory mucosal repair drugs is relatively in-depth,with good clinical application and clear pharmacological mechanism.The research on other drugs is few and not enough.CONCLUSION The insect medicine used for mucosal repair has high clinical efficacy and high safety,and further explores the value of other medicinal insects,so that the medicinal insects become a drug resource for regulating the vitality and potential of the mucosa repair in the future.
