摘 要:为研究湖泥—水泥膏浆进入溶洞后的流动状态,通过室内模拟注浆试验观测湖泥—水泥膏浆在空腔内的堆积特性。试验结果表明,湖泥—水泥膏浆进入无限制空腔内之后,向周边流淌,堆积体表面曲线类似于正态分布函数曲线,均方差(σ)的大小反应湖泥—水泥膏浆形成堆积体表面的平缓或者陡峭,其值主要与浆液的坍落度有关。浆液黏度较高时,堆积体呈现类似正态分布钟型图中的“又高又瘦”;浆液黏度较低时,堆积体呈现类似正态分布钟型图中的“又胖又矮”。随着浆液不断注入空腔,堆积体形态不断增大,但其表面曲线仍然与正态函数曲线相似,得到其形态与注浆量和浆液坍落度密切相关,从而建立堆积体各参数与注浆量和浆液坍落度的理论数学模型。in order to study the flow state of lake mud cement paste after entering the cave,the accumulation characteristics of lake mud cement paste in the cavity were observed by indoor simulation grouting test.The results show that the surface curve of the accumulation body is similar to the normal distribution function curve,and the mean square deviation(σ)reflects the smoothness or steepness of the accumulation surface formed by lake mud cement paste slurry,and its value is mainly related to the slump of the slurry.When the slurry viscosity is high,the accumulation body is similar to the"tall and thin"in the normal distribution bell chart;when the slurry viscosity is low,the accumulation body is similar to the"fat and short"in the normal distribution bell diagram.With the continuous injection of slurry into the cavity,the shape of the accumulation body increases,but its surface curve is still similar to the normal function curve.It is found that its shape is closely related to the amount of grouting and the slump of slurry.
