摘 要:模态试验分析是发电机定子绕组端部结构状态评估的主要方法,已广泛应用于大型发电机检修中。基于发电机定子端部绕组动特性解析与模态参数统计分析,提出了定子绕组端部椭圆型固有频率的适宜范围,确定了优秀、良好、合格对应具体频率区间,形成了定子端部绕组分级评价方法及故障诊断流程,在此基础上给出了现场定子绕组刚度和质量的模态频率调整方法并进行了案例检验。研究结果为大型发电机组绕组端部状态评估和综合治理提供了借鉴,对提高发电机组工作可靠性具有参考价值。Modal test analysis is a primary method to evaluate the condition of the stator end winding and has been widely used in large generator maintenance.Based on the dynamic characteristics research and modal parameter statistical analysis of stator end winding,the appropriate range of elliptical natural frequency as well as the detailed frequency scopes respectively for excellent,good,and qualified level,are proposed.And then,the grading evaluation method and scientific fault diagnosis process for the stator end windings are obtained.Finally,the practical modal stiffness and natural frequency adjustment methods are presented,with the case study as the validation.The research results provide a valuable reference for the condition assessment and comprehensive treatment of the stator end winding in large generator,and are beneficial for the reliability of the whole generator set.
