摘　　要：农村金融扶贫工作长期以来存在着落实难的问题,为解决这一困境,本文通过研究福建省寿宁县农村信用合作联社开展的“背包银行”运行机理,对其运行数据实证分析,以期得出“背包银行”金融服务工作业绩与金融扶贫服务水平之间的关系,并为金融扶贫工作提出可行性建议。For a long time,rural fi nancial poverty alleviation work has been diffi cult to implement.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the operation mechanism of“Backpack Bank”carried out by rural credit cooperative association of Shouning County,Fujian Province,and makes an empirical analysis of its operation data,so as to get the relationship between the fi nancial service performance of“Backpack Bank”and the service level of fi nancial poverty alleviation,and put forward feasible suggestions for fi nancial poverty alleviation.
