摘　　要：金融科技迅猛发展对金融监管提出了巨大挑战,监管沙盒是应接金融科技监管挑战的柔性监管创新机制。我国监管沙盒实践取得初步成效,但是全面推广仍然面临困境,亟待从完善法律法规、加强顶层设计、建立健全统筹协调机制与加强金融消费者保护等方面完善。Rapid development of financial technology has severely challenged financial supervision and regulatory sandbox can be a flexible regulatory innovation mechanism for financial technology supervision.While having achieved preliminary results in terms of regulatory sandbox practices,China confronts diffi culties of comprehensively promoting regulatory sandbox.It is urgent to improve laws and regulations,perfect top-level designs,establish coordination mechanisms and strengthen protection of fi nancial consumers.
