摘　　要：目的基于文献计量学、知识图谱理论分析中等长度导管(midline catheters,MC)临床应用进展,探究MC研究现状及研究热点。方法使用MC英文主题词检索Web of Science核心合集创库至2019年12月31日收录的文献资料,利用CiteSpace与VOSviewer实现MC研究时空分析、关键词聚类分析、密度分析、突现分析、双图叠加分析,绘制知识图谱。结果共检索出811项MC研究,发表时间分布在1989至2019年,近年研究呈上涨趋势,研究主要分布在美国及欧洲等地区。MC研究可视化显示、置管操作、并发症管理等是主要研究方向,儿童、超声显像、穿刺置管是当下研究热点。施引主要集中在医疗、临床类期刊,被引主要集中在健康管理、护理、医疗类期刊。结论MC主要研究方向为可视化显示、置管操作、并发症管理等,儿童、超声显像、穿刺置管是研究热点。Objective To analyze the clinical application of midline catheters(MC)based on bibliometrics and knowledge map theory,so as to explore the research status and hotspots of MC.Methods MC English keywords were used to search the literatures from Web of Science core collection from establishment of database to December 31,2019.And then,CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to realize MC research spatiotemporal analysis,keyword clustering analysis,density analysis,emergence analysis,double graph overlay analysis,and knowledge map was drew.Results A total of 811 MC studies were retrieved and published from 1989 to 2019.In recent years,these studies showed an upward trend,mainly distributed in the United States and Europe.MC visual display,catheterization operation,management of complications were main research directions,children,ultrasound imaging,cannulation were the focus of current researches.In addition,citing references mainly focused on medical and clinical journals,and cited references mainly focused on health management,nursing,and medical journals.Conclusion Visualization,cannulation,and complications management are the main research directions of MC,and children,ultrasonography,and cannulation are the main research hotspots of it.
