摘 要:大型汽轮机末级钛合金叶片的自锁阻尼围带在运行中会发生接触面磨损的现象,减小了接触面之间的接触紧力,导致叶栅整体性和刚性削弱,对叶栅的阻尼减振效应产生了负面影响。为更好地分析和了解这一问题,建立了末级长叶片整圈阻尼围带的接触力分析模型,可对不同结构、不同磨损状态的长叶片围带接触紧力进行定量分析。用有限元方法对该模型进行了验证,结果表明分析结果与有限元结果基本相符,并基于结果提出维修建议,可为整圈围带力学特性相关问题研究提供借鉴。The self-locking damped shroud on last stage titanium blades of large steam turbine will cause wear phenomena of contact surface during operation,which will reduce the contact force between the contact surfaces and weaken the cascades'integrity and stiffness,and will have negative impacts on the vibration reduction effect.In order to analyze this problem better,a model of contact force of the last stage continuous covered blades with damped shroud was established,which can quantitatively analyze the contact force of long blade with different structures and different wear states.In the paper,the model is verified by the finite element method and the result shows that the analysis result is basically consistent with the finite element method's result.Based on the results,maintenance suggestions can be proposed.The work in this paper can provide a reference for the study of the mechanical characteristics of the continuous covered blades with damped shroud.
