摘 要:实验研究滤网部件对补汽阀性能的影响。通过流量计监测补汽阀流量,阀前、阀后压力由压力传感器测得,通过位移传感器测量阀杆的振动情况。多组压比条件下的实验结果表明,流量先随阀杆升程的增加而增加,而后逐渐平缓并最终趋于稳定。滤网具有的良好整流效果,不仅可以使蒸汽流经滤网后流动更加均匀,降低压损,还可以降低由扰流和射流引发的自激振动现象,使得补汽阀工作更加稳定。Performance of the filters in the compensation valve are investigated experimentally in the present work.Obtain the flow of the compensation valve through the flow meter.The pressure at the front of the valve and the pressure at the back of the valve are measured by pressure sensors.Measure the vibration of valve stem through displacement sensor.The experimental results show that the flow rate first increases with the increase of the valve stem lift,then gradually flattens and finally stabilizes,under multiple pressure ratio conditions.The filter has a good rectifying effect,not only can make the steam flow more uniformly and reduce pressure loss,but also reduce the self-excited vibration phenomenon caused by turbulence and jet flow,making the compensation valve works more stable.
