摘  要:大容量汽轮机转子出现的渐变式弯曲故障,通常采用现场实施动平衡补偿的办法进行处理,一般需要明确故障特征、精确诊断渐变式弯曲的类型、考虑空间振型的分解和动平衡补偿方案的现场可实施性。本研究归纳总结了转子渐变式弯曲的特征和诊断方法,给出了空间振型分解的方式,分别提出了具有永久式弯曲和热变量弯曲特征的一阶、二阶渐变式弯曲的动平衡补偿方法,并结合实例讲述了方法的计算方式和结合实际运行的思路,对转子动力学的实际应用理论和工程现场实施具有参考价值。The progressive bending fault of large capacity steamt urbine rotor is usually handled by the method of dynamic balance compensation on site.Generally,it needs to clarify the fault characteristics,accurately diagnose the type of progressive bending,and consider the decomposition of spatial vibration mode and the field feasibility of dynamic balance compensation.In this study,the characteristics and diagnosis methods of progressive bending of rotor are summarized,the mode decomposition method of spatial vibration mode is given,and the dynamic balance compensation methods of first-order and second-order progressive bending with permanent bending and thermal variable bending characteristics are put forward respectively.The calculation method and practical operation idea of the method are described with examples,and the practical application theory of rotor dynamics is given And the project site implementation has reference value.
