摘 要:随着气田开发时间延长,苏南区块部分气井井筒出现油管堵塞现象,堵塞物长时间累积造成井筒积液,影响测试作业和气井产能。根据典型井井筒堵塞现状,通过室内研究,明确造成气井井筒堵塞的原因。研究表明,造成气井井筒堵塞的原因有:产出气中含有腐蚀性气体CO_(2)和H_(2)S;地层采出水矿化度高,成垢离子含量高;井筒出砂;现场用泡排剂与地层水配伍性差、缓蚀剂高温稳定性差,所形成的腐蚀产物、难溶盐、砂粒、不溶物等在油管内壁长期附着,使井筒有效通道变窄造成油管堵塞。With the increase of gas field development time,tubing blockage often occurs in some gas wells in Sunan block.The accumulation of blockage substance for a long time causes water accumulation in wellbore,which affects testing operation and gas well productivity.According to the present situation of typical wellbore plugging,the causes of wellbore plugging are determined through laboratory study:the produced gas contains corrosive gases CO_(2 )and H_(2)S;the salinity of produced water is high,and the content of scaling ions is high;sand is accumulated in the wellbore;the compatibility of foam drainage agent and formation water is poor,and the high temperature stability of corrosion inhibitor is poor.The corrosion products,insoluble salts,sand particles and organic insoluble substances formed by above causes adhere to the inner wall of the tubing for a long time,which narrows the effective passage of the wellbore and causes the tubing blockage.
