摘 要:东海海域储层由于低孔低渗的特点,导致地层压力求取困难,固井过程中由于欠压稳容易发生气窜,导致固井质量不合格。以水泥浆静胶凝强度的研究为基础,通过水泥浆防气窜系数、水泥浆压稳系数等参数建立了防气窜判别标准,通过采用防气窜水泥浆体系、双凝水泥浆柱等一系列防气窜固井技术,形成了东海防气窜固井技术。研究成果在东海X1井进行了现场应用,实测固井质量优良,满足防气窜要求。The characteristics of low porosity and low permeability of the reservoirs in the East China Sea makes the formation pressure be obtained difficultly,which causes gas channeling to easily occur in the cementing process due to under pressure stability,resulting in unqualified cementing quality.Based on the study of static cementing strength of cement slurry,the criterion of anti gas channeling is established by the parameters of anti gas channeling coefficient and pressure stability coefficient of cement slurry.The anti gas channeling cementing technology in East China Sea is formed by using anti gas channeling cement slurry system and double setting cement slurry column.The research result has been applied to X1 well in the East China Sea,and the measured cementing quality is excellent,which meets the requirements of anti gas channeling.
