摘  要:众所周知,两票管理是发电企业确保安全作业的基本手段。纵观历年电力系统典型事故案例,多数的事故与两票管理执行有关。设备缺陷是反映发电企业设备运行可靠性的直观指标,缺陷等级及数量多少反映出设备薄弱环节、不可靠性。目前,绝大多数发电企业针对缺陷及两票系统采用独立的系统,长期设备治理缺乏指导性。论文针对此类问题进行深入研究,介绍了新型“互动式”两票及设备缺陷管理模式,实现了信息互传、互相监督、互相约束的功能。As we all know,two orders management is the basic method to ensure the safe operation of power generation enterprises.Throughout the typical accidents and cases of power system over the years,most of the accidents are related to the implementation of two orders management.Equipment defect is an intuitive index to reflect the operation reliability of equipment in power generation enterprises.The level and quantity of defects reflect the weak links and unreliability of equipment.At present,the vast majority of power generation enterprises adopt independent system for defect and two orders system,and long-term equipment management lacks guidance.This paper makes an in-depth study of this kind of problems,introduces the new"interactive"two orders and equipment defect management mode,and realizes the functions of mutual information transmission,mutual supervision and mutual constraint.
