新冠疫情下定点医院转型思路与管理举措

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的“早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗”是控制疫情传播,降低感染率的有效手段。新冠疫情发展十分迅速,武汉大学中南医院是武汉市一所大型三甲综合医院,在疫情初期接收新冠肺炎患者。随着国内疫情逐渐稳定,大部分定点医院都要逐渐恢复日常诊疗秩序来满足人民日益增长的就医需求。在此情形下,各类三甲医院如何逐步恢复至正常门诊医疗服务秩序,同时保障就诊患者及医务人员的安全就成为门诊管理者亟需思考的问题。从医院定点医院开始转型以来,开始分阶段逐步采取相应的管控措施与手段,通过不断摸索改进,积累了一定的经验,保障了转型过程中患者与医务人员的安全。The“early detection,early report,early isolation,early treatment”of COVID-19 is proved effective to control the spread of the epidemic and reduce the infection rate.This epidemic is developing very rapidly.Our hospital is among top three general hospitals in Wuhan.It received patients with new coronary pneumonia at the early stage of the epidemic.With the gradual stabilization of the domestic epidemic,most designated hospitals must gradually restore their daily order of diagnosis and treatment to meet people’s growing medical needs.Under such circumstances,how to gradually restore the routines of outpatient medical services for the top three hospitals,and at the same time to ensure the safety of patients and medical staff,has become an urgent problem for outpatient management.Since the transformation of designated hospitals,our hospital has gradually taken corresponding control measures,constantly explored and improved it,accumulated valuable experience,and ensured the safety of patients and medical staff during the transformation process.
