摘　　要：文章依托MES柔性分色系统,以成组技术进行个性化定制西服智能流水线的生产柔性调度,可降低换线频次对生产能力、智能流水线生产平衡的影响,提高了生产效率,为相关企业提供参考。In this paper,flexible scheduling of intelligent assembly line for customized suit by group technology was put forward,which was based on MES flexible color separation system.It can reduce the influences of frequency of line change on production capacity and intelligent assembly line production balance,improve production efficiency.It provided references for relevant works.
