摘 要:钢丝绳在舞台机械多吊点升降系统中的受力存在不均衡性,即钢丝绳的张力大小有差异。得知每根钢丝绳张力的实际大小,对其规格的合理选用及设备的运行安全至关重要。用传统的力法或位移法解算此类超静定结构比较繁琐,对非结构专业设计人员来说不便掌握,而工程实践中常用的粗略估算法误差过大。为此,本研究对舞台机械中钢丝绳的使用方法进行归纳分类,对多吊点升降系统进行了抽象分析,建立了合理的受力模型,并用力矩分配法解算出每根钢丝绳受力的实际大小,使计算过程大为简化。由于计算简便,力矩分配法更易掌握,在计算超静定结构时更具优越性。同时,了解每根钢丝绳张力的实际大小,为吊点的合理布置及受力件的结构优化设计提供了可靠的依据,具有普遍的应用价值。The force imbalance condition can emerge among wire ropes in the multi-point lifting system of stage machinery,which means there are differences between the wire ropes tension.To obtain the actual size of each wire rope tension is very important both for its reasonable selection of specifications and the equipment safety in the work.The traditional force method or displacement method is quite complicated to solve this kind of statically indeterminate structure,which is not easy for non-structural designers,and the rough estimation method,commonly used in engineering practice,has the excessive error.To this end,this study summarizes and classifies the operation methods of wire rope in stage machinery,and also abstracts the multi-point lifting system.Besides,it establishes a reasonable stress model and uses the moment distribution method to calculate the actual force of each wire rope,which greatly simplifies the calculation process.Because of this simple calculation,the moment distribution method is easier to master,and it is more advantageous in the calculation of the statically indeterminate structure.Meanwhile,understanding the actual size of each wire rope tension provides a reliable basis for the reasonable arrangement of the lifting points and the structural optimization design of the bearing parts,performing a universal application value.
