摘　　要：鉴于复合母排等行业产品尺寸大、性能要求高的特点,对生产使用的热压机设备提出了精确控温、精确控压等很高的技术要求。为保证这些技术参数,需要从机械结构、液压系统、加热方式、控制方式等多方面进行研究,采取有效措施,保证设备达到产品规定的技术参数要求,提高产品质量与合格率。In view of the large size and high requirements of products in some industries,high technical requirements such as precise temperature control and precise pressure control are put forward for the heat press equipment used in production.In order to ensure these technical parameters,it is necessary to conduct research from many aspects such as mechanical structure,hydraulic system,heating method,and control method,and take effective measures to ensure that the equipment meets the technical parameter requirements of the product and improve the product quality and pass rate.
