摘　　要：针对含B冷镦钢10B21盘条在检验过程出现冷镦开裂的现象,对其从冶炼、轧制等生产工艺和产品质量进行了分析研究,同时采用盘条酸洗、金相检验等检验手段对冷镦开裂试样进行了宏观和显微观察与分析。经过分析,冷镦开裂的主要原因为铸坯表面裂纹所致。In view of the cold heading cracking phenomenon of 10B21 wire rod of B-containing cold heading steel in the inspection process,the production process and product quality from smelting and rolling were analyzed and studied,and inspection methods such as wire rod pickling and metallographic inspection have been used.The macro and micro observation and analysis of the cold heading cracking samples were carried out by means of wire rod pickling and metallographic examination.Through analysis,the main reason of cold heading cracking is the surface crack of slab.
