紫鹊界梯田景区种植业现状及发展对策

摘　　要：从农作物品种的多样性、农作物种植结构多元化和农作物耕作技术传统化3个方面介绍了湖南新化紫鹊界梯田景区种植业的生产现状,分析了紫鹊界梯田景区种植业发展的优势,并指出在发展过程中紫鹊界景区种植业面临着农田生态系统受损、农民种植积极性不高、新型主体带动能力较弱和古老农业文化遗产系统被破坏风险增大等问题,提出了制订专门保护与开发方案、建立稳定的投入机制和生态补偿机制、多渠道遏制耕地抛荒、坚持高质量发展景区特色产业和加强农业文化遗产保护与品牌宣传等的发展对策。Ziquejie terrace is one of the national AAAA tourist attractions,belonging to national natural and cultural heritage.As one of the first batch of 19 important agricultural cultural heritage in China,its special mode of agricultural production has been preserved.This paper introduced the development status of crop farming of Ziquejie terrace scenic area and analyzed its advantages from the aspects of crop varietial diversity,diversified planting structures and traditional cultivation methods in Ziquejie terrace scenic area.At the same time,it pointed out the existing problems like the local field ecosystem is suffering from damages;farmers’enthusiasm is not high;new agricultural entities are weak in driving capability;and the ancient agriculture cultural heritage system is facing the increasing risk of being damaged.So,we suggest to make special protection and development plans,establish a stable investment mechanism and ecocompensation mechanism,curb arable land abandonment through multiple channels,adhere to high-quality development of characteristic industries,and strengthen agricultural cultural heritage protection and brand promotionin of Ziquejie terrace scenic area.
