摘 要:介绍了导热油产品现状及主要应用性能和评价方法;对比了HVIⅡ类和HVIⅠ类基础油的热稳定性和热氧化安定性差异;考察了胺、酚和硫代酸酯三类添加剂不同复配方案对加氢基础油热氧化安定性的作用,得出适宜于HVIⅡ类基础油的三组分添加剂复合配方;研制产品满足《GB 23971-2009有机热载体》技术指标要求并具有超强抗氧化性;通过三年半工业应用考察,该配方导热油应用效果良好,在用油仍保持良好的稳定性和导热效率。与普通产品相比,极大地提升了产品性能及使用寿命。This paper introduces the status quo,applying performances and evaluation methods of heat transfer oil. Comparison between HVI Class Ⅱ hydrogenated base oil and HVI Class Ⅰ mineral base oil is made in terms of their thermostability and thermal oxidation stability. By exploring the effects of different compositional formulations with additives of amine,phenol and thioester on the thermal oxidation stability of hydrogenated base oil,the compositional formula containing the above three additives at the same time proves to be suitable for HVI Class Ⅱ hydrogenated base oil. The resulted product complies with standards and requirements specified in GB 23971-2009 Heat Transfer Oil and features strong anti-oxidation performance. Three and a half years of industrial application results show that the developed heat transfer oil has good application effect,and the oil in use still maintains good stability and heat transfer efficiency.Compared with common products,the performance and service life of this product has been significantly improved.
