摘  要:从原理上概述了目前含有疏水颗粒的抗泡剂在乳化液中的消泡机理,介绍了泡沫的结构、假乳化膜的概念。评述了"架桥-拉伸","架桥-反润湿","铺展-流体夹带"和"铺展-表面波"液膜破裂机理;固体颗粒在抗泡剂中的作用、机理;抗泡剂油滴的"铺展系数"在新旧抗泡剂理论中的不同作用方式,为彻底了解抗泡剂的工作原理打开了新思路。The anti-foaming mechanism of anti-foaming agent containing hydrophobic particles in emulsion is introduced in principle,including the structure of foam and the concept of pseudoemulsion film. The rupture mechanism of"bridging-stretching","bridging-dewetting","spreading-fluid entrainment"and"spreading-wave generation"liquid film is also commented. The function and principle of solid particles in anti-foaming agents are discussed as well. The different influence of"spreading coefficient"of anti-foaming agent oil droplets between the old and new anti-foaming agent theories is expounded,which opens a new way of thinking for thoroughly understanding the working principle of anti-foaming agent.
