摘  要:空气压缩机设备工作压力大、排气温度高,润滑油在此工作条件下极易氧化变质,产生积炭、油泥等氧化物,降低油品使用寿命,严重者将造成设备故障,甚至引发着火等安全问题,因此空气压缩机油的热氧化安定性十分重要。文章分析了目前常用的润滑油热氧化安定性试验方法,并通过测试研究了几种方法在空气压缩机油中的适用性,对于今后评价空气压缩机油的热氧化安定性具有一定的指导意义。Due to the high working pressure and exhaust temperature of the air compressor equipment,the lubricating oil is easy to oxidize and deteriorate under this working condition,resulting in carbon deposit,sludge and other oxides,which can reduce the service life of the oil. In serious cases,it will cause equipment failure and even fire and other safety problems. Therefore,the thermal oxidation stability of air compressor oil is very important. This paper analyzes the commonly used test methods of thermal oxidation stability of lubricating oil,and studies the applicability of several methods in air compressor oil by testing,which has certain guiding significance for evaluating the thermal oxidation stability of air compressor oil in the future.
