工程机械用润滑脂行业标准浅析

摘　　要：工程机械的工作条件十分恶劣,工程机械用润滑脂的性能好坏,对延长其使用寿命,降低维修费用,提高工作效率非常关键。为解决我国工程机械用润滑脂的性能、选择和使用方面的问题,国家能源局于2019年6月4日颁布了NB/SH/T 0985-2019工程机械用润滑脂行业标准,并于2019年10月1日实施。文章对工程机械用润滑脂标准内容进行了浅析,并对各项指标进行了说明。工程机械用润滑脂行业标准的实施,可逐步推进和实现工程机械用润滑脂的专业化、科学化和规范化,有利于提高我国工程机械的整体润滑水平,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The working conditions of construction machinery are very bad,and the performances of grease for construction machinery are critical to prolong the service life of construction machinery,reduce maintenance costs,and improve work efficiency. In order to solve the problems of the performance,selection and use of grease for construction machinery in China,the standard NB/SH/T 0985-2019"Grease for Construction Machinery"was issued by National Energy Administration on June 4,2019,and implemented on October 1,2019. In this paper,the industry standard of grease for construction machinery is analyzed and each index is explained. The implementation of the industry standard of grease for construction machinery could gradually promote and realize the specialization,scientification and standardization of lubricating grease for construction machinery. It is beneficial to improve the overall lubrication level of construction machinery in China. It has significant economic and social benefits.
