摘　　要：润滑油是油气田生产耗材之一,润滑油质量等级和黏度等级选用不合理和换油周期过短均会造成油气田运行成本增加。文章对油气田设备用柴油机油、液压油、车辆齿轮油、工业齿轮油规格和相应换油标准进行梳理,总结润滑油质量等级和黏度等级划分的关键指标,为润滑油合理选用提供依据。通过对比润滑油换油标准中关键指标的差异,梳理换油指标所代表的油品共性变化趋势,为按质换油提供合理建议,为油气田企业降本增效工作提供帮助。Lubricating oil is one of the production consumables in oil and gas field. Unreasonable selection of quality grade and viscosity grade of lubricating oil and short oil drain cycle will increase the operation costs of oil and gas field. In this paper,the specifications of diesel engine oil,hydraulic oil,vehicle gear oil and industrial gear oil for oil and gas field equipment and corresponding oil drain standards are sorted out. The key indexes of quality grade and viscosity grade of lubricating oil are summarized to provide basis for rational selection of lubricating oil. By comparing the differences of the key indicators in the lubricating oil drain standard,this paper combs the common change trend of oil products represented by oil change indicators,so as to provide reasonable suggestions for oil change according to quality,and provide help for oil and gas field enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
