摘 要:对加热炉控制系统组成、加热炉温度及压力系统设计、系统网络通讯配置、安全联锁系统等方面进行了研究,对加热炉掺冷风机风门开度大小对烟道温度影响,以及因普通液位计检测不准确导致炉底水位增高并淹没炉底设备的事故进行了分析,对加热炉燃烧控制效果进行了分析。研究结果表明,增加掺冷风机风门电动执行机构,控制效果良好,烟道温度趋势稳定;加热炉炉底沟槽水位检测准确,加热炉自动控制系统运行稳定、故障率低。The composition of control system of heating furnace,design of temperature and pressure system of heating fur⁃nace,network communication configuration of system,safety interlocking system and so on are studied.The influence of opening de⁃gree of air door of mixing cold fan on flue temperature of heating furnace and the accident that water level of bottom of furnace in⁃creases and submerges equipment of bottom of furnace caused by inaccurate detection of common level gauge are analyzed.The com⁃bustion of heating furnace is analyzed.The control effect is analyzed.The results show that the control effect is good and the flue tem⁃perature trend is stable by adding the electric actuator of the air door of the mixing cold fan,the water level detection of the bottom groove of the heating furnace is accurate,the automatic control system of the heating furnace runs steadily and the failure rate is low.
