摘 要:文章结合系统工程理论和炮兵阵地部署决策的实践过程,提出了一种基于变权TOPSIS方法的炮兵阵地优选方法,期望能够对炮兵部署决策理论方法和炮兵的指挥自动化建设做出积极贡献。文章对炮兵阵地的评价体系、指标量化以及综合评价方法进行了梳理和研究,有助于完善现代炮兵部署决策的理论体系,形成更加全面合理的阵地优选理论;有助于提高指挥员的决策效率和决策水平,使指挥员能够更加客观高效地把握地形环境特征,并进行科学部署;有助于帮助指挥员提升处理战场信息情报的速度,提升炮兵整体的快速反应能力。综上所述,文章的研究是对现有炮兵部署决策方法的一种补充完善,对炮兵的数字化、指挥自动化建设具有现实性的理论和实践意义。Based on the theory of system engineering and the practical process of artillery position deployment decision,this paper puts forward a method of artillery position optimization based on TOPSIS with variable weight,which is expected to make a positive contribution to the theoretical method of artillery deployment decision and the construction of artillery command automation.In this paper,the evaluation system,index quantification and comprehensive evaluation method of artillery position are combed and studied,which is helpful to improve the theoretical system of modern artillery deployment decision-making,form a more compre⁃hensive and reasonable theory of position optimization,improve the decision-making efficiency and level of the commander,enable the commander to grasp the characteristics of terrain environment more objectively and efficiently,and carry out the Ministry of sci⁃ence.It can help the commander to improve the speed of processing battlefield information and intelligence,and improve the overall rapid response ability of artillery.To sum up,the study of this paper is a complement to the existing artillery deployment deci⁃sion-making method,which has practical theoretical and practical significance for the construction of artillery digitization and com⁃mand automation.
