摘 要:为缩短舰上弹药调度时间、降低调度成本、减少调度资源消耗,论文基于网络计划技术,以某型舰上贮运系统为依托,将某型弹药调度任务分解,依据操作流程理清工序间的逻辑关系,形成流程网络图,运用关键路线法(CPM)对转运流程进行优化。通过调整工作时序、增加操作熟练度、合并非重要工作等方式改变或缩短关键路线,以达到满足载机保障时间要求的目的,并得出调度各阶段的时间参数。结果表明,基于网络计划技术优化的舰上弹药调度流程能够满足舰载机保障时序要求。To shorten ship ammunition scheduling time,reduce operation cost and scheduling resources,based on the net⁃work planning technique,this paper takes the storage and transportation system of a certain type of ship as the backing,decomposesa certain type of missile scheduling task,clarifies logical relationship between processes according to the operation process,formsprocess network diagram and uses the critical path method(CPM)to optimize the transport process. By adjusting the working se⁃quence,increasing the operation proficiency,merging the important work to change or shorten the critical path,the requirement ofcarrier-based plane guarantee time is satisfied and the scheduling time parameters of each stage are obtained. The result shows thatthe ammunition scheduling process based on network planning technology can meet the requirement of the carrier-based plane sup⁃port timing.
