德州市引导牛羊屠宰企业提档升级的实践与思考

摘　　要：牛羊屠宰企业管理是困扰屠宰行业管理中的难点,工作起来比较敏感,受到束缚的程度较大。依据山东省畜禽屠宰管理办法,德州市通过扎实的调研工作,摸清牛羊屠宰企业现状及存在的问题,召开座谈会,解放企业思想,将牛羊屠宰管理纳入正常管理轨道,积极采取相应措施,引导牛羊屠宰企业提档升级,达到预期良好效果。通过引导牛羊屠宰企业提档升级的实践,以期为同行及相关行业提供参考,提升对牛羊屠宰企业的管理能力,满足人民对肉品的美好需求。The management of cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises was the difficulty ofthe management of slaughtering industry.It was sensitive at work,and it was bound to a greater extent.According to the livestock and poultry slaughtering management measures of Shandong province,through solid research work,Dezhoucity found out the current situation and existing problems of cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises,and colloquium was held,and the thinking of enterprises was liberated,and the cattle and sheep slaughtering management was brought into the normal management track,and the corresponding measures were actively took to guide the upgrading of cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises,and the expected good results were achieved.Through practice of guiding upgrading of cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises,it provided the reference for peers and related industries,and the management ability of cattle and sheep slaughtering enterprises was improved,and the people's good demand for meat was met.
