摘　　要：在我国农业的发展历程中,农业科技人才一直作为不可缺少的中坚力量之一,完善农村人力开发措施是实现农村经济社会生态发展和农民富裕的重要手段。文中以国家乡村振兴战略为背景,以陕西省农村人力资源的开发现状为切入点,对人力资源开发过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应对策,以期为我国农村地区的发展提供更多的借鉴。In the development of China's agriculture,agricultural science and technology talent has been one of the indispensable backbone of the force,improve the rural human development measures is to achieve rural economic and social ecological development and farmers rich important means.Taking the national rural revitalization strategy as the background and the current situation of rural human resources development in Shaanxi province as the entry point,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of human resources development and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide more reference for the development of rural areas in China.
