摘 要:双机牵引转辙机已成为现在地铁正线转换道岔设备的主流设计,较以往的单机牵引转辙机,室内的继电电路更加复杂,转辙机也改为两种型号配合使用,出现了一些单机不曾有的故障。文章重点从室内的继电电路和室外转辙机的接点等方面,分析总结故障出现的原因,并制出相应的预防措施来规避该类故障的发生,降低转辙机设备的故障率,从而提高地铁的运行效率。Dual-machine traction point machine has become the mainstream design of switch equipment on the main line of subway.Compared with the previous single-machine traction point machine,the indoor relay circuit is more complex,and the switch machine is also changed into two models to be used together,causing some failures that are not found in singlemachine.This paper focuses on analyzing and summarizing the causes of faults from the two aspects of indoor relay circuit and outdoor point machine contact,and makes corresponding preventive measures to avoid the occurrence of such faults,reduce the failure rate of point machine equipment,so as to improve the operating efficiency of subway.
